BLAKE SHELTON - I Need My Girl

This song is from the album BRINGING BACK THE SUNSHINE(2014) released on September 30, 2014.
Even though this song reminds me of "Highway Don't Care" by Tim McGraw, I loved the feel and vibe of this song. The lyrics sound really emotional and powerful. The bridge is done really well, adding the right amount of guitars, dynamics and cymbals. The harmonies could have been better, they don't sound very impressive. The performance by Blake is beautiful and the guitars are interesting.

[INTRO] C Am F G
[VERSE]
C Am
I don't need another drink of Johnny Walker Red
    F G
And I don't need another drag off a Marlboro cigarette
C Am
And I don't need me telling myself everything's gonna be alright
    F G
And I don't need me lying here alone again tonight

[CHORUS]
           Am F
I need my girl, I need my baby
            C
I need you, ninety miles an hour down the interstate
G
Headlights shining in the driveway
   Am F
In my arms, and I need you right now
              C G
I don't need nothing else, baby, in this world
                C
I just need my girl

[INSTRUMENTAL] C Am F G

[VERSE]
C Am
I don't need those buddies of mine taking me on the town
     F G
Or a TV preacher warning me bout the road I'm going down
C Am
I don't need to let I'm Sorry not roll off my lips
   F G
And I don't need to let my pride talk me out of this

[CHORUS]
           Am F
I need my girl, I need my baby
            C
I need you, ninety miles an hour down the interstate
G
Headlights shining in the driveway
   Am F
In my arms, and I need you right now
              C G
I don't need nothing else, baby, in this world
                F
I just need my girl

[BRIDGE]
         G F
Like I never needed anything before
        G F
Like my life depends on you walking through that door
    Am F
I need you, girl
      C G
Oh, I need you, girl

[CHORUS]
           Am F
I need my girl, I need my baby
            C
I need you, ninety miles an hour down the interstate
G
Headlights shining in the driveway
   Am F
In my arms, and I need you right now
              C G
I don't need nothing else, baby, in this world
                C Am
I just need my girl
                 F G C Am
I just need my girl
            F G
Just need my girl
               C
I just need my girl
