BRANDI CARLILE - Wherever Is Your Heart

This song is from the album The Firewatcher's Daughter(2015).
I really enjoyed the composition and the lyrics of this song. The arrangement feels a lot different than typical songs. The usual vibe that you feel from songs in this genre cannot be really felt here. It feels very different and interesting. The rhythm and the harmonies are absolutely beautiful. The guitars are interesting and will keep you glued on to the song.

    A D A E
I think it's time we found a way back home
     D A D
You loose so many things you love as you grow

Always falling down without a place to land

Even when you're high, you can get low

Even with your friends you love, you're still alone
A Bm A
We always find the darkest place to go
D A
God forgive our minds, we were born to roam
