This song is from the album The Outsiders(2014).
I loved the guitar lead towards the end of the song. It was so refreshing and really well done. The way that Eric sings the chorus, along with all the instruments and the harmonies makes the song so much worth listening. The chords in the intro of the song are also interesting.

[INTRO] F# C# Bbm Ab x2
[VERSE]
       F# C#
It was the summer before the real world started and,
Bbm Ab
The deal was we would get to go, if we
F# C#
Cleaned it up, and got it running,
Bbm Ab
Daddy's old Winnebago.

F# C#
Wing and a prayer down 65,
Bbm Ab
Five best friends on four bald tires,
        F#
I can still see Billy smiling
F#
When we finally made it.

[CHORUS]
       F# C#
To Talladega, boys raised up,
 Bbm Ab F#
Whiskey in your glass, here's to turning up,
C# Bbm Ab
Slowing down and cars that go real fast,

           F# C#
We were laughing and living, drinking and wishing,
    Bbm Ab F#
And thinking as that checkered flag was waving,
F# Ab F# C# Bbm Ab
Sure would like to stay in, Talladega.

[VERSE]
F# C#
Like a storm, time rolls on,
      Bbm Ab
You can't hit pause as we just did.
F# C#
Most days in life don't stand out,
      Bbm Ab
But life's about those days that will, like,

F# C#
Rocking rando, getting rowdy,
Bbm Ab F#
Shooting roman candles at the man in the moon,
C# Ab
til the Alabama sun was breaking.

[CHORUS]
       F# C#
Over Talladega, boys raised up,

[BRIDGE]
           F#
When the winds go cold and it blows October,
C#
I think about us shoulder to shoulder,
F# Bbm
Like those cars my thoughts roll over and over and over,
       Ab
In my mind.

[CHORUS]
       F# C#
Tonigh Talladega, boys raised up,
