NEON JUNGLE - Take Me To Church

This song is a cover of Hosier's "Take Me To Church".
Even though this song is not as great as the original, I loved the energy and the harmonies that the girls did on this song. The acoustic guitars and the rhythm are not very interesting, however the way that the band has sung different parts are interesting. I loved the place in the bridge where each line was sung by a different singer. The song could have been done a lot better if there was a bass guitar in it. Thanks to Danielle for the suggestion

F#m Bm F#m
If the Heavens ever did speak
F#m Bm
She's the last true mouthpiece
A Bm F#m
Every Sunday's getting more bleak

A fresh poison each week

'We were born sick', you heard them say it

She tells me 'worship in the bedroom'
A Bm
The only heaven I'll be sent to

[VERSE]
F#m Bm
If I'm a pagan of the good times
F#m Bm
My lover's the sunlight
A Bm
To keep the Goddess on my side
F#m Bm
She demands a sacrifice

E D
Drain the whole sea, get something shiny

F#m Bm
Something meaty for the main course
F#m Bm
Oh, what a fine looking high horse
A E
Oh, what you got in the stable?
F#m Bm
We've a lot of starving faithful

That looks tasty, that looks plenty

This is hungry work
