STONEY LARUE - Let Me Hold You

This song is from the album The Red Dirt Album(2005), released on August 23, 2005.
I loved the feel and emotion in this song. The background music has got that really great steel guitar sound that enhances the music really well. The rhythm feels a bit dull, but the vocals are amazing. You can feel the power and the passion in his voice by the way he says "Let me hold you". Although this song lacks in certain areas in production, I loved this song.

[VERSE]
      D
It's a feeling I get
          Dmaj7
When you start to cry
Bm
Tears down my cell
          F#m
Like a stormy night
   G A
So dry your eyes girl
A D A

Most of what I do, I don't even think twice

Let me just hold you

You brought me back from a point of no return
                 G
Thank God I'm with you now
A D
So I can just hold you
