Summer is a song from DJ Calvin Harris' 4th album. This song is absolutely awesome. If you love dance-pop music, this is definitely a keeper. Even though the lyrics are repeated, they have proper meaning to it, unlike some other dance-pop songs.
The chords used are a treat for the ears. The lead used in the instrumental sections is really catchy. The bass is really groovy and makes you move your feet. The kick is really punchy and I couldn't really hear the snare in most parts of the instrumental.
If you listen carefully, you would notice the piano in the background playing some crazy jazz chords.
While playing this song on the guitar, I would suggest you to use barred chords, so that it would sound more fuller and better. I have given the basic chord forms so that this song can be played by a larger audience(who might not know how to play barred chords).
