This song is a birthday gift from JHENE AIKO to her fans on her 26th birthday. It was produced by Key Wane and has a ballad feel to it. I fell in love with Jhene’s voice when I heard the song “The Worst”. The parts where she goes slightly out of timing is really interesting and creative.
The piano in the beginning is really soothing and when the vocals kick in, the bass and other instruments add a nice vibe to the song. The pad that goes in the background is very nicely done, and the vocals add more beauty to the already awesome track.
I would suggest you to close your eyes and listen to the song in a silent environment, it will make you feel really calm and relaxed.
