This song is the second single from the rock band’s “Ghost Stories” album. It was released on May 2.
I don’t know how I feel about this song. My thoughts are conflicted. On one side, I wanna feel good cuz of the vocals by Coldplay and the music by Avicii, on the other side, I’m not very happy about the genre that Coldplay decided to follow. I think I’m not ready for Colplay to follow the crowd and start producing EDM records. I’m still in the feel of the songs “Magic” and “Clocks” and stuff like that.
I really do like the production of Avicii and Paul Epworth. The kick is really punchy and the snare is amazing as well. The reverb and effects on the vocals are really interesting as well. What do you think about this song and it’s transcription? Comment below.
