How many of you have heard of the song “Urvashi Urvashi”? Well, before you listen to the song by Will, I suggest you listen to the tamil song first. “Birthday” is an almost copy of the tamil song. The riffs, the tune, the style, etc., everything seems to be “influenced” by it. He even says that this is the “New Urvasi”.
As an Indian, I feel really funny listening to this song. However, I am impressed with the rap lyrics and the rhythm section. The strings used in the background gives it a more powerful feeling. But those features alone doesn’t make this song a favorite.
